高速动车组轴承温度监测与逻辑控制方法研究 被引量:1

摘要 实时监控轴承运行状态对保障动车组行车安全具有重大意义。传统轴承温度监测方法依赖于单一的温度阈值判据,通常一旦报警就已产生事故。针对这一问题,文中引入以轴承振动信号为指标的辅助模块,提出了一种以轴承温度检测为主,轴承振动信号监测为辅的轴温监测系统,并基于DS18B20数字温度传感器和KD1010LC型压电加速计实现。在预警前期监测同时监测温度和振动信号,系统对两者进行综合分析后及时决策。实验结果表明,所提出的改进型温度监控系统在温度实时监控方面表现与经典轴温监控系统相近;在热轴预警方面,该方法的预警时间早于经典方案约15 min,在出现热轴故障前能更及时地干预列车行车状态,增加了故障发生前的处理时间裕量。 The bearing of MU is one of the core components of connecting wheel set,and the real-time monitoring of bearing temperature is of great significance to ensure the safety of train operation.The traditional bearing temperature monitoring method merely relies on single temperature threshold criterion,which often occurs once an alarm accident has already occured.In order to solve this problem,this paper introduces an auxiliary module based on the vibration signal of bearing.A shaft temperature monitoring system based on bearing temperature detection and bearing vibration signal monitoring is proposed,which is implemented through DS18B20 digital temperature sensor and KD1010LC piezoelectric accelerometer.The experimental results show that the improved temperature monitoring system proposed in this paper has no difference with the classic bearing temperature monitoring system in the aspect of real-time temperature monitoring;while in the aspect of early warning of hot bearing,the method proposed has a warning time about 15 minutes earlier than the classic scheme,and can intervene the train running state more timely before the hot bearing fault occurs,so as to avoid accidents.
