摘要
h ERG(Human ether-a-go-go-related gene)钾通道是KCNH2基因编码的一种内向整流钾通道。h ERG钾通道产生的IKr是心肌细胞复极化过程中重要的离子流,有助于心室动作电位的复极化。h ERG钾通道的门控动力学特点是缓慢的激活和快速的失活,失活过程加快是导致长QT综合征和致死性心律失常的一种常见机制。文章综述了h ERG钾通道失活机制方面的研究进展。
The h ERG(Human ether-a-go-go-related gene)potassium ion channel is an inward rectifier potassium ion channel encoded by the KCNH2 gene.The IKr current produced by the h ERG potassium channel is an important ion current in the process of repolarization of cardiomyocytes,which contributes to the repolarization of ventricular action potential.Its gated kinetics is slow activation and fast inactivation.Accelerated inactivation is a common mechanism leading to long QT syndrome and fatal arrhythmia.This paper reviews the research progress in the mechanism of h ERG potassium channel inactivation.
