摘要
提出一种直接接触式烟气冷凝余热回收装置,该装置将低温喷淋水溶液与高温烟气进行逆流换热,回收燃气锅炉烟气的冷凝余热。以燃气壁挂炉作为烟气发生源搭建了实验台,研究了喷淋水温度、液气比、喷淋高度对该装置余热回收性能的影响。结果显示:当喷淋水温度为20℃、液气比为13、喷淋高度为1.26 m时,该装置能将排烟温度从102℃降至33℃,余热回收效率可达14%。
Proposes a direct contact flue gas condensing waste heat recovery device,which carries out countercurrent heat transfer between low-temperature spray aqueous solution and high-temperature flue gas to recover condensing waste heat from the flue gas of gas-fired boiler.Sets up an experimental bench using a wall-mounted gas-fired boiler as a flue gas source.Studies the influences of spray water temperature,liquid-gas ratio and spray height on the waste heat recovery performance of the device.The results show that when the spray water temperature is 20℃,the liquid-gas ratio is 13,and the spray height is 1.26 m,the device can decrease the smoke exhaust temperature from 102℃to 33℃,with the waste heat recovery efficiency up to 14%.
