便携式睡眠监测在成人OSAHS早期识别诊断中的应用价值

Application value of portable sleep monitoring in the early identification and diagnosis of OSAHS in adults

目的探讨便携式睡眠监测在成人睡眠呼吸暂停综合征(OSAHS)早期识别诊断中的应用价值。方法对我院2018年2月~2019年2月收治的80例疑似OSAHS患者均采用多导睡眠监测与便携式睡眠监测,统计呼吸暂停低通气指数、夜间最低血氧饱和度、氧减指数、平均血氧饱和度等参数,比较两者监测参数的差异,探讨便携式睡眠监测的应用价值。结果多导睡眠监测与便携式睡眠监测监测结果无显著差异(P>0.05),研究对象平均血氧饱和度、呼吸暂停低通气指数、氧减指数、夜间最低血氧饱和度对比,多导睡眠监测与便携式睡眠监测无显著差异(P>0.05),便携式睡眠监测灵敏度、准确度及特异度分别为93.06%、88.75%、50.00%。结论与多导睡眠监测相比,便携式睡眠监测灵敏度、准确度较高,各项检测指标无显著差异,监测结果非常接近,适于OSAHS的早期诊断,此方法值得应用与推广。

Objective To investigate the application value of portable sleep monitoring in the early identification and diagnosis of obstructive sleep apnea-hypopnea syndrome(OSAHS)in adults.Methods Polysomnography and portable sleep monitoring were applied in 80 suspected OSAHS patients admitted and treated in our hospital from February 2018 to February 2019.The apnea hypopnea index,nocturnal minimum oxygen saturation,oxygen decrement index,mean oxygen saturation and other parameters were counted,and the differences in monitoring parameters were compared between the two so as to investigate the application value of portable sleep monitoring.Results There was no significant difference in monitoring results between polysomnography and portable sleep monitoring(P>0.05);the study subjects were compared in terms of mean oxygen saturation,apnea hypopnea index,oxygen decrement index,and nocturnal minimum oxygen saturation,and there was no significant difference between polysomnography and portable sleep monitoring(P>0.05);the sensitivity,accuracy and specificity of portable sleep monitoring were 93.06%,88.75%and 50.00%,respectively.Conclusion Compared with polysomnography,portable sleep monitoring has higher sensitivity and accuracy,with no significant difference in various detection indexes with quit close monitoring results,which is suitable for the early diagnosis of OSAHS.Thus,this method is worthy of application and promotion.
