铸瓷高嵌体修复根管治疗后牙的临床效果分析

Clinical effect analysis of ceramic inlay on the repair of posterior teeth with root canal

目的分析铸瓷高嵌体修复根管治疗后牙的临床效果。方法选取2019年1~6月于我院治疗后牙体缺损的50例患者作为本次的研究对象,以双盲法将患者分组,对照组采用全冠修复、研究组采用铸瓷高嵌体修复根管治疗,每组25例。比较治疗后两组的临床疗效、咀嚼效率(吸光度值)、不良反应率,并观察研究组治疗后的生物学参数、功能学参数、美学参数评估结果。结果①研究组总有效率为96.00%,比对照组的76.00%更高,差异有统计学意义(χ^2=4.153,P=0.042<0.05)。②研究组吸光度值为(0.79±0.15),比对照组的(0.48±0.12)高,差异有统计学意义(t=8.069,P=0.000<0.05)。③研究组不良反应率为8.00%,比对照组的40.00%低,差异有统计学意义(χ^2=7.018,P=0.008<0.05)。④研究组治疗后的生物学参数(继发龋、牙周反应、牙体完整性),功能学参数(边缘密合度、邻接关系、修复体固位与断裂),美学参数(表面光泽度、颜色稳定性及透明度)均处于优秀、良好以及满意状态以优秀为主。结论铸瓷高嵌体修复根管治疗后牙体缺损疗效显著且安全性高,患者的不必担心语言功能与咀嚼功能受到影响,其修复体具有良好的生物学、功能学、美学性能。

Objective To analyze the clinical effect of ceramic inlay on the repair of posterior teeth with root canal.Methods Fifty patients with posterior teeth defect admitted in our hospital from January to June 2019 were enrolled in this study.The patients were grouped according to the double-blind method.The control group was treated with full crown restoration.And the study group was treated with ceramic inlay restoration of root canal treatment,with 25 cases in each group.The clinical efficacy,chewing efficiency(absorbance value)and adverse reaction rate of the two groups after treatment were compared.And the biological parameters,functional parameters and aesthetic parameters of the study group after treatment were observed.Results The total effective rate of the study group was 96.00%,which was higher than 76.00%of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(χ^2=4.153,P=0.042<0.05).The absorbance of the study group was(0.79±0.15),which was higher than that of the control group(0.48±0.12),and the difference was statistically significant(t=8.069,P=0.000<0.05).The adverse reaction rate of the study group was 8.00%,which was lower than 40.00%of the control group.The difference was statistically significant(χ^2=7.018,P=0.008<0.05).The biological parameters(secondary caries,periodontal response,tooth integrity),functional parameters(edge adhesion,adjacency,restoration retention and fracture),and aesthetic parameters(surface gloss,color stability and transparency)of the study group after treatment were in excellent,good and satisfactory condition mainly with excellence.Conclusion The ceramic inlay has a significant and safe effect on the restoration of the posterior root defects after root canal treatment.The patients do not have to worry about the language function and chewing function.And the prosthesis will have good biological,functional and aesthetic properties.
