生石灰与煅烧菱镁矿对掺工业副产石膏水泥性能的影响探讨 被引量:1

摘要 探讨了生石灰和煅烧菱镁矿单掺和复掺对掺工业副产石膏(脱硫石膏和磷石膏)水泥性能的影响。结果表明,当生石灰掺量为0.5%,煅烧菱镁矿在煅烧温度为800℃、煅烧时间为3 h、比表面积为345 m2/kg、掺量为0.5%的条件下对水泥的调凝作用最为合理,对水泥强度也有一定的促进。 The effects of the addition of quicklime and calcined magnesite either respectively or compositely on properties of cement produced by industrial by-product gypsum(desulfurized gypsum and phosphogypsum) were investigated. The results showed that when the content of quicklime was 0.5%, the calcined magnesite had the most reasonable adjusting setting effects on cement under the conditions of calcining temperature of 800 ℃, calcining time of 3 h, specific surface area of 345 m^2/kg and quicklime content of 0.5%, and there was also a certain increase in the strength of cement.
