摘要
设计并实现了一种新型滑模变结构永磁同步电机转子位置辨识算法。该算法选择Sigmoid函数作为滑模切换函数,采用基于内嵌滤波器的同步旋转坐标系锁相环技术,有效抑制了滑模高频抖动信号对位置辨识的影响,且无需对位置辨识值进行相位补偿。着重讨论了位置辨识偏差对锁相环设计的要求。仿真结果表明该算法可以有效消除抖振信号的影响,位置辨识响应快、精度高,验证了理论分析的正确性和所提策略的有效性。
A novel rotor position sensorless estimation algorithm based on sliding mode variable structureobserver for permanent magnet synchronous motor was designed and implemented.In the algorithm,a sigmoid function was used as the sliding mode switching function and a synchronous rotating coordinate phase locked loop(PLL)with an embedded filter was adopted,which restrained the effect of chattering phenomenon of sliding mode observer effectively,without the compensation of phase delay.The influence of PLL on position estimated error was discussed in some detail.The simulation results show the validity of the theoretical analysis and the feasibility of the estimation strategy.
