摘要
功能性便秘(Functional constipation,FC)是常见的肠道功能性疾病,研究表明其发病与盆底肌协调障碍、肛门内括约肌功能障碍、肠道神经系统病变、肠道菌群失调等有关。随着微生物研究技术的发展,肠道微生态多样性与FC的相关性成为临床研究的热点,逐渐揭示了肠道微生态在FC中的重要作用。本文结合FC患者肠道微生态的变化,对微生态制剂(益生菌、益生元、合生元)、粪菌移植和中医药治疗FC的研究及其作用机制作一综述,以期为FC的治疗及后续研究方向提供参考。
Functional constipation(FC)is a common intestinal disease.The exact etiology and pathogenesis of FC have not yet been clarified.Studies have shown that its pathogenesis is related to pelvic floor muscle coordination disorder,anal internal sphincter dysfunction,intestinal nervous system lesions,and intestinal flora imbalance.With the development of microbial research technology,the correlation between intestinal microecological diversity and FC has become a hot spot in clinical research,and gradually reveals the important role of intestinal microecology in FC.In this paper,we combined the changes of intestinal microecology in patients with functional constipation,and reviewed the research and its production of FC on microecological preparations(MP),fecal microbiota transplantation(FMT)and traditional Chinese medicine(TCM),in order to provide reference for the treatment of FC and its follow-up research.
