乡村振兴背景下农村电商产业集聚与区域经济协同发展机制——基于产业集群生命周期理论的多案例研究

The Mechanism Between Rural E-commerce Industry Agglomeration and Regional Economic Development in the Context of Rural Revitalization:A Multi-case Study Based on the Life Cycle Theory of Industrial Clusters

基于产业集群生命周期理论,本文以浙江省缙云县和杭州市临安区、山东省曹县、安徽省泾县、江苏省沭阳县、山西省临猗县6个电子商务发展阶段不同的典型区域为研究对象,综合运用扎根研究手段,采用多案例分析方法,探讨不同阶段的农村电子商务产业集聚与区域经济协同发展机制。研究发现:①在农村电子商务产业集聚的产生阶段,电子商务的发展速度快于区域经济的发展速度,二者之间呈现基本不协同状态;②在农村电子商务产业集聚的成长阶段,电子商务产业集聚发展速度开始下降,并与区域经济发展相互影响、相互磨合;③在农村电子商务产业集聚的成熟阶段,在区域经济稳步增长的带领下,二者逐渐走向协同状态。

Based on the life cycle theory of industrial clusters,this study investigates six typical regions in different stages of e-commerce development in rural China.Then,it uses a multi-case study analysis method to explore the relationships and mechanism of action between rural E-commerce industry agglomeration and regional economy development in different stages.The results show that in the initial stage of rural e-commerce industry agglomeration,the development speed of rural e-commerce industry agglomeration is faster than that of local regional economy,and there is no obvious interaction between them.In the growth stage,the development speed of rural e-commerce industry agglomeration gradually decreases,and there is a simple interaction effect between them.In the mature stage,the development speed of regional economy continuously accelerates,and the accelerated regional economy development enhances rural E-commerce industry agglomeration at the same time.The results indicate that there is a synergy effect between rural e-commerce industry agglomeration and regional economic development,and that E-commerce industry agglomeration will be a powerful engine to drive China’s economic development in rural areas.
