专业学位研究生“双导师制”实施优化研究

基于“双导师制”专业学位研究生的培养,是培养高层次应用型人才的有效途径。但由于其在国内实行时间尚短,培养人才的过程中仍有可改进地方。文章根据“双导师制”在校内外导师筛选、培养机制、培养过程等方面存在的问题进行探索,提出改进方案:优化导师遴选机制和队伍机构,加强双导师培训工作,构建项目研究机制,加强学生培养的全过程管理。“双导师制”的完善有利于激发研究生的科研兴趣、提高研究生运用理论于实践的能力、推进校企合作进程,最终实现高层次应用型人才培养的目标。

Based on the"double tutorial system",the cultivation of professional degree graduate students is an effective way to cultivate high-level applied talents.However,due to its short implementation time in China,there is still room for improvement in the process of cultivating talents.This article explores the problems existing in the selection,training mechanism,and training process of instructors inside and outside the school with the"dual tutor system",and proposes improvements:optimize the tutor selection mechanism and team organization,strengthen the training of dual tutors,build a project research mechanism,strengthen the whole process management of student training.The perfection of"dual tutor system"is conducive to stimulating the scientific research interest of graduate students,improving the ability of graduate students to apply theory to practice,promoting the process of school-enterprise cooperation,and finally achieving the goal of training high-level applied talents.
