摘要
考试成绩是学生在校表现的一面镜子,按照考试成绩对学生群体进行合理地分类管理与辅导,无论对于高校教师因材施教,提高教学质量,还是对学生管理人员改进工作方式、方法,提高管理水平,都起着积极而重要的推动作用。文章通过对某高校自动化专业大一学年的学习成绩进行了分类,利用分类结果分析了不同类型学生的学习特点和现实表现,尝试为学生管理者和授课教师提供指导性的意见和建议。
Achievement results are a mirror of students'performance in school.It plays an active and important role in promoting the rational management and guidance of student groups according to the achievement results,because for college teachers,it can help them teach according to their aptitude and improve the quality of teaching,and for student managers,it can help them improve the working methods and the management level.Based on the academic achievements of the freshmen majoring in automation in a university,a performance analysis and clustering model was proposed.Through the analysis of the clustering results,the root causes are revealed,and the corresponding countermeasures and guiding suggestions are given.
