“一带一路”背景下我国高职院校大学英语教师教学能力存在的问题及提升路径研究

交流互通,语言先行,“一带一路”建设迫切需要大批通晓英语的技术技能人才。大学英语教师的教学能力是培养高职学生英语应用能力的有效保障。然而,当前高职院校大学英语教师教学能力仍存在教学能力弱、信息化教学能力差、提升措施实效性不强等问题。为此,文章从提升能力、政策支持、构建培训体系等几个方面提出了改进措施。通过提升大学英语教师的教学能力,可有效提高教学效果,为我国“一带一路”建设培养语言能力更加突出的人才。

Language goes first ahead of communication and interoperability.China are in great demand of technical talents with English competence in the construction of the Belt and Road.The teaching ability of college English teachers is an effective guarantee to cultivate students'English proficiency.At present,college English teachers in higher vocational colleges still have problems such as weak teaching ability,poor information teaching ability,and weak improvement measures.Therefore,this paper proposes improvement measures from several aspects such as improving capabilities,policy support,and building a training system.By improving the teaching ability of public English teachers,we can effectively improve the teaching effect and train more qualified talents with English proficiency for the construction of the Belt and Road.
