困惑与反思:高校教师在立德树人中的作用再思考

立德树人不仅成为高等教育的根本任务,而且更是高等教育的价值目标和时代使命。在面对新时代发展需求,高校教师顺应着落实立德树人根本任务过程中而自然被赋予了时代定位,其职责也随之呈现出鲜明时代特征。然而,高校教师却仍面临着大小不一的困惑,对立德树人内涵理解、实施主体以及教育方式等都存在着一定认知偏颇。对此,高校教师需要以培养德智体美全面发展的社会主义建设者和接班人的高度来准确定位,从尊重教育本质的回归、明确高校与高校教师的责任边界、回应学生个性化思想需求等进行反思,从而肩负起立德树人这一时代使命而奋力担当。
