基于新业态背景的应用型本科跨境电子商务人才培养模式研究

“新业态”是指基于不同产业间的组合、企业内部价值链和外部产业链环节的分化、融合、行业跨界整合以及嫁接信息及互联网技术所形成的新型企业、商业乃至产业的组织形态。跨境电子商务人才培养是外贸新业态背景下应用型本科外贸人才培养的新目标与新方向。外贸行业有了新的方向,这就需要高校教师在应用型人才培养过程中,立足于创新,展现出新业态时代的培养特点与培养理念。文章将会重点探究新业态背景下本科跨境电子商务人才培养模式的现状,并具体的探究新业态背景下跨境电商专业人才的培养对策。

"New Business Form"refers to the organizational form of new enterprises,businesses and even industries based on the combination of different industries,the differentiation and integration of internal value chain and external industrial chain,cross-border integration of industries,and grafting information and Internet technology.The training of cross-border e-commerce talents is a new goal and direction for the application-oriented undergraduate foreign trade talents training under the background of new foreign trade formats.The foreign trade industry has a new direction,which requires college teachers in the application-oriented personnel training process,based on innovation,to show the training characteristics and training philosophy of the new business era.This paper will focus on exploring the current situation of undergraduate cross-border e-commerce talent training mode in the context of new formats,and specifically explore the training strategies of cross-border e-commerce professionals in the context of new formats.
