The traditional dwelling in Wannan,in East China's Anhui Province,is known for its simple,pure and fresh architectural style.The overall view of verdant mountains,clear rivers,and houses with white walls and dark-tiled roofs is literally like a wash-painting scroll.Xidi and Hongcun villages,two world heritage sites,are famous for such buildings.
