摘要
基于人性假设理论的视角探究应用型本科高校青年教师学术发展的动力,发现青年教师学术发展存在需求的多样性、复杂性、差异性、特殊性以及学术职业能力亟需提高的状况。高校在激发青年教师学术发展动力上,必须正视青年教师的各种需要和诉求,认识到青年教师群体在价值追求上存在分化,应谋求管理的人性化与制度化之间的平衡;青年教师应科学谋划学术职业生涯规划,自觉提升师德境界,倡导"自我导向学习"模式,助力学术发展。
In a perspective of the human nature hypothesis theory,this paper tries to explore the reasons for lack of motivations for the academic development of young staffs in application-oriented universities,and to find out the diversity,complexity,difference,and particularity of demands for the academic development of young staffs,as well as the urgent needs for improving their academic professional abilities.In order to stimulate the academic development driving forces of young staffs,universities must face up to their various needs and demands,recognize the differentiations in the value pursuit for the young staffs,and seek a balance between the humanization and institutionalization of management.In the meanwhile,the young staffs should make their academic career planning scientifically,consciously improve their morality,advocate the“self-directed learning”mode,and finally support the academic development.
