摘要
建立氯氮平有关物质UPLC测定方法。方法:采用安捷伦UPLC C18色谱柱,以2‰磷酸二氢钾水溶液(pH2.4):甲醇(75:25)为流动相(A)-2‰磷酸二氢钾水溶液(pH2.4):甲醇(10:90)为流动相(B),进行梯度洗脱,检测波长257nm。结论:本方法分离效率高、简便,快速,重复性好。
Objective:To establish a UPLC method for the determination of related substances in clozapine.Methods:Analysis was per⁃formed Agilent UPLC C18 column,2‰potassium dihydrogen phosphate(pH2.4):methanol(75:25)as mobile phase(A)-2‰potassium di⁃hydrogen phosphate(pH2.4):methanol(10:90)as mobile phase(B)with Gradient elution,the detection wavelength was 257nm.Conclu⁃sion:The This method has the advantages of high efficiency,simplicity,rapidity and good repeatability.
