合成氨生产装置实现污水零排放工艺探讨

摘要 随着经济不断的发展进步与人口数量的日益剧增,水资源危机问题越发严重。据大量数据分析,水体污染是目前导致我国水资源危机的主要因素之一,其中合成氨工业造成的水体污染问题不可小觑。因此文章以此为切入口,探究合成氨生产装置在实现污水零排放中的相关工艺,简单介绍合成氨生产装置的相关内容;再进一步了解合成氨生产装置的工艺设计,分析合成氨生产装置对我国水资源危机的正面影响。 With the continuous development of the economy and the rapid increase of the population,the water resources crisis has become more and more serious.According to the analysis of a large number of data,water pollution is one of the main factors leading to the current water resources crisis in China,so this article takes this as the cut-in point,explores the relevant process of the synthetic ammonia production unit in realizing the zero discharge of sewage,briefly introduces the relevant content of the synthetic ammonia production unit,and further understands the process de⁃sign of the synthetic ammonia production unit,this paper analyzes the positive influence of synthetic ammonia plant on the water re⁃sources crisis in China,and hopes to put forward more directviewing and objective effective suggestions to further promote the sustainable development strategic process of our country.
