摘要
制备聚氯乙烯-吡啶离子液体,作为固相吸附剂,以达到分离富集牛血清白蛋白的目的。通过分析吸附时间、吸附剂使用量、牛血清白蛋白(bovine serum albumin,BSA)浓度对萃取率的影响,建立回归模型,发现最优条件为:吸附时间24.5 min,PVC-PyrCl用量0.5 g,BSA浓度0.19 g/L,与回归模型预测值差异不显著,具有良好的可靠性。
In the process of separation and enrichment of bovine serum albumin with polyvinyl chloride pyridine ionic liquid as solid phase adsorbent,the purpose of separation and enrichment of bovine serum albumin was achieved.By analyzing the effects of adsorption time,the amount of adsorbent used,and the concentration of bovine serum albumin on the extraction efficiency,we established a regression model.The optimal conditions were found that adsorption time was 24.5 min,PVC-PyrCl content was 0.5 g,the BSA concentration was 0.19 g/L,which was not significantly different from the predicted value of the regression model,and had good reliability.
