雾化吸入佰润多肽抗菌液辅助治疗脑卒中吸入性肺炎的临床观察 被引量:1

摘要 为减少脑卒中患者并发吸入性肺炎的几率,研究了雾化吸入佰润多肽抗菌液对脑卒中吸入性肺炎患者口咽部细菌定植率的影响。收集吉林省人民医院感染性疾病科患者60例,随机分为试验组(n=30)和对照组(n=30)。于每日餐后30分钟和睡眠前分别将雾化多肽抗菌液、雾化生理盐水喷于口腔,且均于入组第1天、第14天取口腔内标本送检。雾化吸入佰润多肽抗菌液14天后,试验组口咽定植菌显著低于治疗前,并显著低于对照组(P<0.05)。雾化吸入佰润多肽抗菌液的试验组患者病程显著低于对照组(P<0.05)。雾化含漱冲洗抗菌液(佰润)可减少口咽部细菌定植,可使脑卒中卧床患者吸入性肺炎加速缓解临床症状,缩短治疗病程。 To reduce the rate of aerosol inhalation of bairen polypeptide antibacterial fluid,we study the efficiency of oropharyngeal bacteria in patients with stroke and aspiration pneumonia.Sixty patients in the department of infectious diseases of Jilin Provincial People s Hospital were randomly divided into experimental group(n=30)and control group(n=30).Atomized polypeptide antibacterial fluid and atomized normal saline were sprayed into the oral cavity 30 minutes after meal and before sleep,and oral specimens were collected on day 1 and day 14 for examination.After 14 days of atomized inhalation of bairen polypeptide antibacterial fluid,the oropharyngeal colonization bacteria in the experimental group were significantly lower than before treatment and significantly lower than the control group(P<0.05).The course of disease in the experimental group was significantly lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).Atomized rinsing antibacterial fluid(bairen)can reduce the colonization of oropharyngeal bacteria,accelerate the relief of clinical symptoms of aspiration pneumonia in stroke patients in bed,and shorten the course of treatment.
