摘要
本文介绍了MAN二冲程船用柴油机部分负荷及低负荷的优化方法。对负荷优化引起SFOC的变化进行了比较;并对部分负荷/低负荷进行EGB优化给航速、SFOC以及FOC带来的变化进行了对比。结果显示,对于航期没有特别要求的营运船舶,采用部分负荷/低负荷优化将带来可观的经济效益。
This paper introduces the load tuning method and tuning range of partial load/low load for the MAN two-stroke marine engine,compares the changes of SFOCcaused by load tuning,and compares the changes in speed,SFOC and FOCcaused by EGB tuning of partial load/low load.The partial load/low load tuning will bring considerable fuel economic benefit to the operating ships which have no special requirements for the shipping cycle.
