With the continuous improvement of scientific and technological level,the industry competition is becoming more and more fierce.For enterprises,it is of great significance to strengthen the refined management in the daily management process.Only by taking effective measures to continuously improve the internal operation effectiveness of enterprises,can they effectively reduce costs and improve production efficiency.This paper briefly analyzes the significance of shipbuilding enterprise equipment management,probes into the problems encountered in the current enterprise equipment management,and puts forward specific measures and suggestions,in order to provide a certain reference for the development of enterprise equipment management.
