LncRNA LUCAT1在胰腺癌组织中的表达及其临床意义

The expression and clinical significance of LncRNA LUCAT1 in pancreatic cancer

目的 :检测长链非编码RNA(lncRNA)肺癌相关转录本1(lung cancer transcript 1,LUCAT1)在胰腺癌组织中的表达并探讨其临床意义。方法:收集80例胰腺癌组织及配对癌旁组织,RT-qPCR检测组织中LncRNA LUCAT1的表达,分析LncRNA LUCAT1表达与胰腺癌病理参数的关系。结果:胰腺癌组织中LncRNA LUCAT1表达量高于癌旁组织,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。有淋巴结转移,病理分期为Ⅱ期以上以及有血管侵犯的胰腺癌组织中LncRNA LUCAT1阳性表达率明显高于无淋巴结转移,病理分期为Ⅰ期以及无血管侵犯的胰腺癌组织,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05),LncRNA LUCAT1表达与患者性别、年龄、肿瘤部位、大小及分化程度无关(P>0.05)。结论:LncRNA LUCAT1在胰腺癌组织中过表达,且与淋巴结转移、病理分期和血管侵犯相关。

Objective:To investigate the expression and clinical significance of LncRNA LUCAT1 in pancreatic cancer.Methods:80 cases of pancreatic cancer tissues and paired adjacent tissues were collected.Reverse transcription PCR(RT-qPCR)were used to detect the expression of LncRNA LUCAT1 in pancreatic cancer tissues and paired adjacent tissues.Meanwhile,analysis of the relationship between the expression and clinicopathological parameter of pancreatic cancer.Results:The expression of LncRNA LUCAT1 in pancreatic cancer tissues were higher than in the adjacent paired tissues(P<0.05).The expression in the patients with lymph node metastasis,TNM stageⅡand with vascular invasion were Significantly higher than that in those without lymph node metastasis and TNM stageⅠand without vascular invasion(P<0.05),which was not associated with gender,age,tumor location,tumor size and differentiation(P>0.05).Conclusions:LncRNA LUCAT1 expression is up-regulated in pancreatic cancer,and is correlated with staging,lymph node metastasis and vascular invasion.
