中国旅游发展时空演化及其提质升级

以我国大陆31个省市区为研究对象,构建了旅游发展评价指标体系,运用因子分析的方法对各区域旅游发展综合水平进行测度,并基于空间计量的研究视角,分析了区域旅游发展的空间相关性与驱动因素。研究表明:中国旅游发展存在明显的空间正相关性,旅游发展空间集聚特征显著且稳定性强,旅游目的地居民生活水平、旅游资源与旅游交通情况对区域旅游发展水平的驱动作用较大。最后,提出旅游发展提质升级的对策建议:打破区域藩篱,推进区域旅游一体化建设,形成区域旅游发展战略联盟;因地制宜,把握政策扶持方向;加强跨区域旅游对接,促进跨区域旅游合作交流,发挥政府在跨区域旅游合作交流中的引导带动作用,东部省市应充分给予邻近中部省份旅游发展方面的帮助;巩固旅游基础设施建设,提升居民生活水平,增强居民旅游能力等。

Taking 31 provinces and cities in China's Mainland as the research object,this paper constructs the evaluation index system of tourism development,measures the comprehensive level of regional tourism development with the method of factor analysis,and analyzes the spatial correlation and driving factors of regional tourism development based on the perspective of spatial measurement.The research shows that there is a significant positive spatial correlation in the development of tourism in China,the spatial agglomeration characteristics of tourism development are significant and stable,and the living standards,tourism resources and tourism traffic conditions of tourism destination residents have a greater driving role in the development of regional tourism.Finally,it puts forward the countermeasures and suggestions for improving the quality and upgrading of tourism development:breaking the regional barriers,promoting the construction of regional tourism integration and forming a strategic alliance of regional tourism development;adjusting measures to local conditions and grasping the direction of policy support;strengthening the cross-regional tourism docking,promoting the cross-regional tourism cooperation and exchange,giving full play to the leading role of the government in the cross regional tourism cooperation and exchange,and the eastern provinces and cities should give full help to the neighboring Central Provinces in tourism development;and consolidating the construction of tourism infrastructure,improving the living standards of residents,and enhancing the tourism capacity of residents.
