民营企业研发效率及影响因素——基于SFA模型的研究

民营经济是我国国民经济中十分重要的一部分,民营企业的快速崛起对推动我国经济发展起到了举足轻重的作用。在中美贸易争端升级、国际经贸萎缩的大趋势以及经济进入新常态、经济结构转型升级的国内环境压力下,民营企业的发展面临新的挑战。在新形势下,民营企业通过自主创新,提高产品和服务的技术含量,是赢得竞争优势,获得稳定持续发展的有效途径之一。研究以我国上市民营企业为样本,使用SFA模型测度并分析其研发效率及影响因素。结果显示:企业规模、资产负债率、政府补贴对研发效率的影响较大,研发支出强度对研发效率产生的影响大于研发人员投入强度。因此,无论从政府还是企业角度,都应加大研发资金投入,并加强知识产权保护力度。

Private economy is a very important part of China's national economy.The rapid rise of private enterprises has plays a pivotal role in promoting China's economic development.Under the escalation of Sino-US trade disputes,the general trend of shrinking international trade and economy,and the domestic environment pressures of the economy's entry into the new normal and the economic structural transformation and upgrading,the development of private enterprises faces new challenges.Under the new situation,it is one of the effective ways for private enterprises to gain competitive advantage and obtain stable and sustainable development through independent innovation to improve the technical content of products and services.Based on the samples of listed private enterprises in China,the research uses the SFA model to measure and analyze their R&D efficiency and influencing factors.The results show that enterprise scale,asset-liability ratio and government subsidies have a greater impact on R&D efficiency,and R&D expenditure intensity has a greater impact on R&D efficiency than R&D personnel input intensity.Therefore,both the government and enterprises should increase the investment in R&D and strengthen the protection of intellectual property rights.
