抗水解稳定离子钛(ASIT)对连作紫花苜蓿生长及生理的影响 被引量:2

摘要 为研究不同浓度抗水解稳定离子钛ASIT对连作紫花苜蓿的调控效应,了解ASIT对连作紫花苜蓿化感缓解效果及调控连作紫花苜蓿的基本成效。试验通过向分枝期紫花苜蓿叶面喷施ASIT,浓度分别为0(CK)、1400、1200、1000、800(稀释倍液),现蕾期测定形态学、生理学指标。结果表明:ASIT浓度为1200倍液效果最佳,1400倍液次之,显著提高了紫花苜蓿全株生物量,同时显著提高了紫花苜蓿主根长、鲜重、POD、SOD、可溶性糖、脯氨酸等指标,同时降低了MDA的含量,各指标均显著优于CK或非连作苜蓿(P<0.05)。表明在紫花苜蓿连作生产中喷施ASIT,苜蓿生长发育较好,抗连作逆境效应明显,可达到理想的预期调控成效。进而为探索植物生长调节剂(PGRs)破解紫花苜蓿连作障碍的抗逆增产增效技术提供理论依据。 in order to study the regulation effect of different concentrations of anti-hydrolysis stable ion titanium(ASIT)on continuous cropping Medicago sativa,and understand the effect of ASIT on the allelopathy relief and the basic effect of regulating continuous cropping Medicago sativa.In this experiment,the morphological and physiological indexes were determined by spraying ASIT(0(CK),1400,1200,1000,800,800)on the leaf surface of Medicago sativa at the branch stage.),was used to determine the morphological and physiological indexes.The results showed that the best effect of the concentration of ASIT was 1200 times,followed by 1400 times,which significantly increased the whole plant biomass and the main root length,fresh weight,POD,SOD,soluble sugar and proline of Medicago sativa.At the same time,the content of MDA was decreased,and each index was significantly better than that of CK or non-continuous cropping Medicago sativa.The results showed that the growth and development of ASIT,Medicago sativa was better and the effect of resistance to continuous cropping stress was obvious,which could achieve the ideal expected regulation effect in the continuous cropping production of Medicago sativa.Furthermore,it provides a theoretical basis for exploring the anti-pseudo-yield-increasing and synergistic techniques of plant growth regulator(PGRs)to break the obstacle of continuous cropping of Medicago sativa.
