摘要
为分析鉴定鸭茅野生材料,本研究利用23对SSR引物对9份鸭茅材料进行扩增,共扩增出98条清晰可辨条带,其中78条多态性条带,多态性百分率为79.6%。9份鸭茅材料间的遗传相似系数范围为0.385~0.871。最大的相似系数出现在野生材料“中谷”与野生栽培驯化品种“滇北”之间,表明野生材料中存在较高的遗传多样性。通过引物EST-SSR750构建9个鸭茅材料的指纹图谱中,野生鸭茅材料006、007具有明显的特异性条带,表明引物EST-SSR750可作为野生鸭茅材料006、007的特定鉴定引物。
In order to analysis and identificate the wild materials of Dactylis glomerata,23 SSR primer pairs were used to amplify 9 accessions.98 clear bands were obtained of which 79.6%were polymorphic.The genetic similarity of 9 accessions varied from 0.385 to 0.871,that indicates high genetic diversity in wild orchardgrass.There had obvious specific band in the 006 and 007 fingerprints which were constructed by the primer EST-SSR750,the results showed that EST-SSR750 could be used for the specific identification of wild orchardgrass 006 and 007.
