摘要
氧化镁部分稳定氧化锆陶瓷(Mg-PSZ)具有优异的高温力学性能和抗老化性能,广泛应用于能源环保、冶金化工、机械电子、发动机及燃气轮机、石油开采等工业领域,也是氧化钇稳定四方多晶氧化锆(Y-TZP)及其他氧化锆陶瓷不可替代的重要结构陶瓷材料。从相图分析、ZrO2晶型转变到制备工艺对Mg-PSZ展开论述,重点阐述了Mg-PSZ的烧结过程及微观结构特征,同时对国际上知名的先进陶瓷企业的Mg-PSZ产品性能及应用进行综述,并介绍了国内Mg-PSZ应用发展状况。
Magnesium oxide partially stabilized zirconia(Mg-PSZ)ceramics are structural materials with excellent high temperature mechanical properties and aging resistance.They have been widely used in energy and environmental protection,metallurgy and chemical industry,mechanical electronics,engine and gas turbine,oil exploration and so on,thus being irreplaceable by Y-TZP and other zirconia-based ceramics.This paper is aimed to summarize the progress in MgO-ZrO2 ceramics,including phase diagram,ZrO2 crystal transformation and preparation process of the ceramic powders.Moreover,sintering process and microstructure of the Mg-PSZ ceramics will be focused.At the same time,the performance and application of Mg-PSZ products of the international influential advanced ceramic enterprises,as well as China companies,will be described.
