摘要
教师继续教育培训是学习型社会的需要,是教育发展和改革的基本动力。本课题组以问卷调查、访谈等形式对呼伦贝尔地区中学英语教师的学历状况、教师教学情况以及不同层次教师的培训需求等方面进行了调查。在较全面了解师资发展需求的基础上,分析总结出了及时更新课程设置、创新教师培训模式和改善培训师资队伍结构等有效提升民族地区英语师资质量的建议。
Teachers’training is the need of learning society and the basic driving force of educational development and reform.Our research group investigated the educational status of English teachers in Hulunbuir middle schools and the training needs of teachers at different levels through questionnaires and interviews.On the basis of a comprehensive understanding of the needs of teachers’development,this paper analyzes and summarizes some suggestions on how to improve the quality of English teachers in minority areas,such as updating the curriculum,innovating the training mode of teachers and improving the structures of the training staff.
