干宝卒年小议

On Gan Bao's Year of Death

学界一般认为,东晋著名文学家干宝的卒年在晋成帝咸康二年(336)。通过史料辨析,本文认为干宝应卒于咸康六年(340)之后,而不是目前所说的咸康二年(336)。《搜神记》的成书也应该在咸康六年庾亮去世之后。

It is generally believed in academia that the renowned writer Gan Bao,who lived in the Eastern Jin Dynasty,died in the second year of Xiankang of Emperor Jincheng(336).Based on the historical data,this paper holds that Gan Bao should have died after the sixth year of Xiankang(340),instead of the currently believed second year of Xiankang(336).The book“Anecdotes about Spirits and Immortals”should also be finished in the sixth year of Xiankang after the death of Yu Liang.
