摘要 预留净空不足给既有铁路的改造带来了困难,以中梁山站跨铁路线煤泥水槽工程为例,采用MIDAS Cvil软件,分析了新建渡槽承重支架的受力工况。结果表明,根据系统设计,中跨贝雷梁支架和边跨型钢支架在自重、混凝土荷载作用下最大竖向变形分别为24.15 mm和5.72 mm,小于规范值,满足规范要求,构件及面板应力值均满足设计要求;支架基础采用C30混凝土即可满足受压要求;墩柱预埋铁板在预埋时,预埋锚筋间距10 cm布置,每处安装一个直径Φ50 mm,材质30CrMnTi抗剪销,即可满足预埋要求。 The shortage of reserved freeboard has brought difficulties to the transformation of existing railways.In this paper,the coal slurry water tank project was used as an example and MIDAS Cvil software was used to analyze the loading condition of the newly built aqueduct bearing bracket in Zhong liangshan cross-railway line.The results indicate that according to the system design,the maximum vertical deformation of mid-span beret beam support and side-span section steel support under the action of dead weight concrete load is 24.15 mm and 5.72 mm,respectively,which is less than the standard value and meets the standard requirements.The stress values of components and panels meet the design requirements.Support foundation can meet the press requirements by using C30 concrete.When the embedded iron plate of pier column is embedded,the spacing between embedded anchor bars is 10 cm,shear-pin with a diameter of 50 mm,material 30 CrMnTi shear pin,can meet the requirements of embedded.
