摘要
研究突发疫情背景下高校在线教学效果满意度的主要影响因素,了解学生的满意度现状,以期为提高商洛学院在线教学提供理论依据。采用文献调研法和专家访谈法确定学生满意度评价指标体系,采用问卷调查法对商洛学院在线教学情况采集数据,并用熵权法确定客观权重,结合模糊综合评价法和李克特五级量表法计算最终评价值,从而确定学生满意度评价值。结果表明,学生对在线教学的满意度最终评价值为3.73,故评价等级判定为:满意。一级评价指标中学习配套设施方面满意度最高,在线教学平台方面满意度最低。应从平台建设等方面进行优化,优化软件功能,增加课程资源,提高学生学习体验感,从而提高学生满意度。
The main influencing factors of the satisfaction of college online teaching under the background of epidemic are discussed and the current situation of students′satisfaction is found out in order to provide theoretical basis for improving the online teaching of Shangluo University.The evaluation index system of students′satisfaction is determined by literature research and expert interview.Data is collected by questionnaire for the online teaching in Shangluo University,and the objective weight is determined by entropy weight method.The final evaluation value is calculated by combining fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method and Likert five-level scale method,and the evaluation value of students′satisfaction is determined.The results show that the final evaluation value of student′satisfaction with online teaching is 3.73,so the evaluation grade is judged to be satisfactory.Among the first-level evaluation indicators,the satisfaction with learning facilities is the highest,and the satisfaction degree of online teaching platforms is the lowest.To improve the satisfaction of students,we should optimize the platform construction and software functions,increase curriculum resources,and improve students′learning experience.
