摘要
利用冰山模型将大学生就业胜任力分为知识、技能、行为、就业意识、就业精神和就业核心能力6个指标。采用层次分析法(AHP)对23个下一级影响因素进行分析,并对各因素进行综合权重排序。结果表明,大学生就业胜任力影响因素中,大学生就业核心能力(0.4726)所占权重最大;在显性因素中知识(0.0909)与技能(0.0909)并重;大学生的创新精神还需要进一步培养和加强。这为高校建立科学化、指标化和具体化的大学生就业胜任力培养和评定标准,更好地培养社会所需人才提供了一定的参考。
The iceberg model was used to divide the employment competence of college students into six indicators:knowledge,skills,behavior,employment awareness,employment spirit and employment core competence.Adopted analytic hierarchy process(AHP)to determine the weight of 23 lower-level factors and the sort order by weightiness of all factors is obtained.The results shows that the employment core competence(0.4726)is the most important factor in all factors,the knowledge(0.0909)and skills(0.0909)are equally important in the dominant factors,and the innovative spirit(0.0149)of college students needs to be further cultivated and strengthened.This provides a certain reference for the establishment of scientific,indexed and specific college students'employment competency training and evaluation standards,and better cultivate the talents needed by the society.
