校园健康跑对大学生体质健康的促进作用 被引量:1

On the Effect of Campus Health Running in College Students'Physical Health Promotion

摘要 以全国48所高校为研究对象,通过实验测试法,分别对参与健康跑前后的身体形态、身体机能、身体素质及体质健康四个方面进行对比。结果表明,参与调查的1280名大学生中,参加健康跑活动后,平均身高为(168.37±4.13)cm,平均体重为(55.43±8.05)kg,平均肺活量为(247.83±113.78)mL,平均速度素质为(8.73±1.07)cm,平均下肢肌力量为(193.61±29.05)cm,平均耐力素质为(238.69±22.75)s,平均体质健康水平为(76.22±6.74)分,比参加校园健康跑之前有了明显的提升(P<0.05)。可见健康跑运动对大学生体质健康的促进作用较显著。最后提出了以校园健康跑促进大学生体质健康的具体对策:构建良好运动氛围,提升学生参与程度;遵循个体差异原则,合理设置跑步任务;重视课后自主锻炼,定期组织团体活动。 Taking 48 colleges and universities in China as the research object,the physical form,physical function,physical quality and physical health before and after participating in healthy running are compared in experimental tests.The results show that the mean height(168.37±4.13)cm,mean weight(55.43±8.05)kg,mean vital capacity(247.83±113.78)mL,mean velocity(8.73±1.07)cm,mean muscle strength(193.61±29.05)and mean endurance(238.69±22.75)s,also the average physical health level(76.22±6.74)are significantly better than before their taking part in the school health run for the 1280 subjects.It can be seen clearly that healthy running exercise promotes the physical health of college students.Concrete countermeasures weve proposed to promote the physical health of college students with healthy running on campus:to construct a good sports atmosphere and improve the degree of students'participation;to follow the principle of individual difference,to set up the running task reasonably;to pay due attention to self-exercise after class,and to organize group activities regularly.
