摘要
为进一步推进乡村生活垃圾无害化、资源化治理,在调研国内外生活垃圾主要处理技术手段的基础上,运用协同处理的思想,选用乡村储量大且具有代表性的生物质秸秆、蔬菜叶及厨余等生活垃圾和市面常见的3种煤炭作为试验材料,利用垃圾热解气化燃煤炉开展试验。通过对比单独煤燃烧和燃煤协同处置垃圾过程中炉温、熄火时间、灰渣量、灰渣中可燃物含量等燃烧状态参数,分析协同处置生活垃圾对燃煤的影响。研究认为,燃煤协同处置生活垃圾能有效提高煤炭的燃烧效率,还能有效实现垃圾的减量化,具有一定的经济实用性与环保性。
In order to further promote the harmless and resource based treatment of rural domestic waste,based on the investigation of the main domestic and foreign domestic waste treatment technologies,using the idea of collaborative treatment,three typical domestic waste materials,such as biomass straw,vegetable leaves and kitchen waste,and three kinds of common coal on the market,which were selected as the test materials to carry out the trial using the waste pyrolysis gasification coal-fired furnace check.By comparing the combustion state parameters such as furnace temperature,flameout time,ash quantity and combustible content in the process of single coal combustion and coal-fired collaborative disposal of domestic waste,the influence of collaborative disposal of domestic waste on coal-fired was analyzed.The research showed that the collaborative disposal of domestic waste by coal can effectively improve the combustion efficiency of coal and reduce the amount of domestic waste,which has certain economic practicability and environmental protection.
