油气生产图件管理系统设计

我国煤层气、致密砂岩气行业,其井数多、矿权复杂等普遍的业务特点,导致了该行业工作量大,工作内容复杂,生产相关图件众多。基于上述的业务需要,设计了一套生产图件管理系统,用来管理煤层气、致密砂岩气相关勘探、开发、生产、销售、矿权的图件。该系统供管理者使用,建立了标准规范管理和安全保障两套体系,包含了图件发布、图件审核、图件使用、决策分析、系统管理5大功能模块,形成了一套编绘、审核、发布、更新、使用的规范化流程。该系统既可以供管理者总览决策,也可以供科研人员查阅,为重要图件的管理提供了可靠的办法。

The common business characteristics of coalbed methane and tight sandstone gas industry in China,such as the number of wells and the complexity of mining rights,lead to a large workload,complex work content and many production related drawings.Based on the above business needs,a set of production drawing management system was designed to manage the drawings related to exploration,development,production,sales and mining rights of coalbed methane and tight sandstone gas.This system was used by managers.It has established two systems of standard management and safety guarantee,including five functional modules of drawing release,drawing review,drawing use,decision analysis and system management,forming a set of standardized process of compilation,review,release,update and use.The system can be used not only for managers to make decisions,but also for researchers to consult,which provided a reliable way for the management of important drawings.
