摘要
针对渝阳煤矿水井湾回风立井揭煤面积大、地质条件复杂、透气性低、高突煤层群连续揭露的特点,采用优化抽采钻孔设计、穿层钻孔联合抽采、抽采数据监控抽采过程、水力压裂增透等联合防突措施,实现对立井揭煤区域突出危险性有效防控。同时,采用“五步法”预测揭煤对各煤层进行渐进式检验,确保井筒8层煤其中5层煤为突出煤层的安全、高效揭煤。为复杂地质条件下高突煤层群揭煤工作起到良好的示范作用。
According to the characteristics of large area,complex geological conditions,low permeability and continuous exposure of high outburst coal seams in Shuijingwan vertical shaft of Yuyang Coal Mine,the effective prevention and control of outburst risk in the area of vertical shaft coal uncovering was realized by adopting the combined prevention and control measures such as optimizing design of extraction and drilling holes,combining the extraction and mining,monitoring extraction process with extraction data,and increasing permeability through hydraulic fracturing.At the same time,the"five step"method was used to predict the uncovering of coal to conduct progressive inspection of each coal seam,so as to ensure that five of the eight coal seams in the shaft were the safe and efficient uncovering of the outburst coal seam.It was a good demonstration for uncovering coal in high outburst coal seam group under complex geological conditions.
