摘要 图像纹理分析能够高通量地提取图像纹理特征,建立纹理特征与肿瘤异质性、激素表达等信息之间的关联,为无创性评估肿瘤的生物学行为提供可靠的数据支持。目前已广泛应用于鉴别乳腺肿瘤良恶性、评价乳腺癌分子分型、评估新辅助化疗疗效以及判断预后等方面,对乳腺肿瘤的早期鉴别诊断和疗效评估具有至关重要的作用。就MRI图像纹理分析的原理及在乳腺肿瘤中的应用进展进行综述。 Image texture analysis is based on high-throughput extraction of image texture features,it explore the relationships between texture features and tumor heterogeneity,hormone expression,and other information,thus a reliable data support for noninvasive evaluation of tumor biological behavior can be provided.At present,texture analysis has been widely used to identify breast benign and malignant tumors,evaluate molecular subtypes of breast cancer and neoadjuvant chemotherapy efficacy,and estimate the prognosis.It plays an important role in the early differential diagnosis and curative effect evaluation of breast cancer.This paper reviews the principle of texture analysis of MRI image and its application in breast cancer.
