摘要
雨水泵站具有投资高、流量大、流态复杂等特征,不合理的尺寸布置不仅影响水泵性能的有效发挥,同时会造成泵站建设成本增加.本文以实际的雨水泵站设计工程为研究对象,构建泵站的几何模型,基于计算流体力学技术(CFD),对原设计的雨水泵站进水流态进行数值模拟,分析其流场状态,并提出相对应的改进措施方案,对原设计泵站内不良水力现象进行优化.通过对比优化前后泵站内进水流态,使水泵性能得到最有效的发挥.
The rainwater pump station has the characteristics of high investment,large flow and complex flow pattern,the unreasonable size arrangement not only affects the effective performance of the pump,but also causes the increase of the construction cost of the pump station.In this paper,the actual design project of the rainwater pump station is taken as the research object,the geometric model of the pump station is constructed,based on the computational fluid dynamics(CFD),numerical simulation is carried out for the inlet flow pattern of the original design rainwater pump station,the flow field state is analyzed,and corresponding improvement measures are proposed to optimize the poor hydraulic phenomenon in the original design pump station.By comparing and optimizing the inlet flow pattern in the pump station,the performance of the pump can be brought into full play.
