基本心理需要视角下教练员家长式领导行为和运动投入的关系研究

Research on the relationship between coaches parental leadership behavior and sports engagement from the perspective of basic psychological needs

为了考察教练员的家长领导行为对运动员投入的影响及机制。研究采用家长式领导行为量表、运动员投入量表和基本心理需要量表对257名大学生运动员进行调查,结果发现:教练员家长式德行领导行为和仁慈领导行为对运动员投入有显著正向影响,威权领导行为对运动员投入没有显著的影响力;基本心理需要在教练员德行领导行为、仁慈领导行为和运动员投入之间关系起中介作用,结果提示教练员在平时训练时应采用仁慈和德行的领导行为,同时满足青少年运动员的心理需求,将有助于促进大学生运动投入水平。

In order to investigate the influence and mechanism of coaches leadership behavior on athletes engagement.A sample of 257 college students athletes were recruited in the study to paternalistic leadership behavior scale athlete engagement scale,and basic psychological needs scale.The results found that the coach s paternalistic leadership behavior and benevolent leadership behavior had a significant positive effect on athlete engagement.Authoritative leadership has no significant effect on athlete engagement.The basic psychological needs mediated the relationship between coaching moral behavior,benevolent leadership behavior and athlete engagement.The results suggest that coaches should adopt benevolent and moral behavior in their training,at the same time to satisfy the psychological needs of young athletes,which will help promote the level of college students sports engagement.
