独立学院体育专业人才培养的困境与突破——基于培养目标与培养规格的比较 被引量:3

摘要 运用文献资料法和文本分析法,参考《高等学校体育学类本科专业教学质量国家标准》,审思当前独立学院体育专业学生培养现状。研究认为:独立学院体育专业学生培养存在现实困境:1)培养目标方面,分专业培养目标单薄,开放性目标缺失,学校特色不明显,专业、优势结合弱;2)培养规格方面,同质化现象显著,个性化培养不突出,存在培养趋同性和单一性。提出紧抓培养目标定位、专业定位、职业定位、构建实践教学平台的建议,真正突显独立学院“自主”与“独特”的教育格局。 By using the method of literature and text analysis,and referring to the national standards for teaching quality of undergraduate physical education in colleges and universities,this paper reflects on the current situation of cultivating students majoring in physical education in independent colleges and universities.The research suggests that there are some difficulties in the cultivation of physical education students in independent colleges.1)In terms of the cultivation objectives,the cultivation objectives of different majors are weak,the open objectives are absent,the school features are not obvious,and the combination of specialties and advantages is weak.2)In terms of the cultivation specifications,the homogenization phenomenon is significant,while the individualized cultivation is not prominent,and there is cultural convergence and unitary.This paper puts forward some suggestions on how to focus on the orientation of training objectives,specialty orientation and career orientation,and how to build a practical teaching platform,so as to truly highlight the“independent”and“unique”educational pattern of independent colleges.
