融合借力,“点石成金”--湖北工业职业技术学院在重塑与延长绿松石产业链模式上的探索与实践

十堰是全国绿松石最大的产销基地,随着绿松石产业的发展对高技能应用型人才的需求越来越紧迫,湖北工业职业技术学院以绿松石产业快速发展为契机,通过优化顶层设计,开设绿松石相关专业服务产业发展,除新增首饰设计与工艺专业外,还和竹山县政府共建了“竹山绿松石产业学院”,开设了首饰设计、电子商务和市场营销等与绿松石相关的专业,探索并实施“直播+电商”的销售新模式,与企业携手,不断加强实训基地建设,在绿松石产业人才培养、文化研究与推广、创新创业孵化与服务等方面开展服务合作,充分挖掘和彰显绿松石的文化、经济和社会价值,提升绿松石经济效益,实现职业教育与绿松石产业良性互动,促进绿松石产业的纵深发展、持续发展和健康发展。

Shiyan is the largest turquoise production and sales base in the country.With the development of the turquoise industry,the demand for highly skilled and applied talents is becoming more and more urgent.Taking advantage of the rapid development of the turquoise industry,Hubei Industrial Polytechnic has optimized the top-level design and set up the turquoise-related speicality for the development of professional service industries.In addition to the newly added jewelry design and craft specialty,Zhushan Turquoise Industrial College was established with Zhushan County Government,and jewelry design,e-commerce,and marketing related to turquoise were established.The college explores and implements the new"live broadcast+e-commerce"sales model,join hands with enterprises,continue to strengthen the construction of training bases,develop service cooperation in turquoise industry talent cultivation,cultural research and promotion,innovation and entrepreneurship incubation and service,etc.It Fully excavates and highlights the cultural,economic and social values of turquoise,enhances the economic benefits of turquoise,realizes the benign interaction between vocational education and the turquoise industry,and promotes the deep,sustainable and healthy development of the turquoise industry.
