高职院校服务区域经济发展的功能定位及实现措施——以十堰地区为例

Analysis on the Orientation and Realization Measures of Regional Economic Function of Higher Vocational Colleges--Taking Shiyan as an Example

地方高职院校融入区域经济发展是地方财政投入产出要求,是学校明晰办学定位、确定办学方向最重要的价值导向。本文立足十堰,以湖北工业职业技术学院为例,从地方政府、企事业单位、家庭个人不同角度分析社会对高职院校的需求,根据需求分析地方高职院校在区域经济中的具体社会服务功能,提出政府搭建平台、行业企业提供信息资源、院校提升社会服务能力多管齐下共同促进高职院校更好地履行职能和承担社会责任。

The integration of local higher vocational colleges into regional economic development is the requirement of local financial input and output.It is the most important value orientation for schools to make clear the orientation of running schools and determine the direction of running schools.The paper is based on Shiyan,taking Hubei Industrial Polytechnics as examples to analyze the social needs for vocational colleges from different angles of local governments,enterprises,institutions and families.It analyzes the specific social service functions of local vocational colleges in the regional economy according to the needs and proposes that the government build platforms,industry enterprises to provide information resources,and colleges improve their social service capabilities jointly promote higher vocational colleges to better perform their functions and take social responsibility.
