高职院校环境思政新模式探索——以湖北工业职业技术学院为例

Exploration on the New Model of Environmental Ideology and Political Education in Vocational Colleges--Taking Hubei Industrial of Polytechnic as an example

大学生宿舍作为高校学生管理“五级责任”的基础责任,如何从单纯的住宿职能逐步向教育职能拓展,是学生管理工作面临的重要课题。针对学生宿舍缺乏专业育人队伍、宿舍育人载体单一、宿舍管理模式落后、宿舍文化氛围薄弱等问题,探讨通过完善机制、搭建平台、丰富载体等方式,将学生管理工作前移,把宿舍作为学生思想政治工作的平台、行为习惯养成的基地、培养团队合作精神和提升学生自我管理能力的场所,探索宿舍育人和环境思政,以保障学生安全和校园稳定。

College students’dormitories serve as the basic responsibility for managing“five-level responsibilities”for college students.How to gradually expand from the simple accommodation function to the education function is an important issue for student management.In view of the problems such as the lack of professional education team,single education carrier,backward management mode and weak cultural atmosphere in dormitories,the author explores to move forward the management of students by improving the system,building platforms and enriching carriers.Taking dormitory as a platform for students'Ideological and political work,a base for cultivating their behavior habits,a place for cultivating team spirit and improving students'self-management ability,the author also explores dormitory education and environmental ideological and political education to ensure students'safety and campus stability.
