皖北地区“互联网+”智慧养老发展研究——以亳州市为例

On the Development of“Internet+”Smart Pension in North Anhui——Take Bozhou as An Example

随着我国老龄化快速发展和老龄人口快速增长,传统的养老服务已无法满足当前需求,皖北地区老龄化发展现状、养老服务发展面临的困难具有代表性。以亳州市为例分析在养老发展方面存在养老服务供给侧存结构性矛盾、养老专业人才短缺和养老资源供给严重不足等突出问题。为破解这些突出问题,结合互联网和大数据等信息技术探索一条新的养老服务发展道路、老龄化和养老发展的难题和挑战,促进养老服务优化升级,推动养老产业转型升级。

With the rapid growth of the aging population,traditional pension services can no longer meet current needs.It is believed that the current situation of the aging development in North Anhui and the difficulties in pension services can be representative to illustrate the rapid development of aging society in our country.In this regard,this paper analyzes the prominent problems in the development of elderly care by takeing Bozhou City as an example,such as structural contradictions in the supply of elderly care services,the shortage of elderly professionals,and the serious shortage of elderly resources.In order to solve the prominent problems of aging and the development of old-age care,there are structural contradictions in the provision of old-age services,a shortage of old-age professionals,and a serious shortage of old-age resources.In order to solve these outstanding problems,there is a need to explore a new path by virtue of the Internet,big data and other information technologies for developing the elderly care services,addressing aging difficulties and challenges in pension development.It’s hoped that the development of“internet+”smart pension can promote the optimization and upgrading of elderly care services as well as the transformation and upgrading of the elderly care industry.
