On Optimization of Talent Training Model in the Specialty of Engineering Management under the New Engineering Concept

新工科理念引入专业人才培养是工程教育改革的重要措施,有利于进一步深化人才培养模式。当前工程产业现代化发展,工程管理专业人才培养需要与新工科理念充分契合,并不断创新教育教学方式,才能提升人才培养质量。立足于当前人才培养实际问题,提出新工科理念下的工程管理专业人才培养新模式。

At present,engineering education reform takes an important measure,that is,to introduce the concept of new engineering into professional personnel training,which is conducive to further deepening the personnel training mode.With the modernization development of engineering industry,the talent training in the specialty of engineering management needs to be fully compatible with the concept of new engineering,and constantly innovate teaching methods,so as to improve the quality of talent training.In this regard,this paper,in line with the current practical problems in personnel training,puts forward a new mode of personnel training for engineering management under the concept of new engineering.
