An Analysis on the College Students’Employment Status in the Application-Oriented College and the Countermeasures

SQ学院是一所地方本科高校,发展定位是力争建成高水平应用型本科高校,毕业生的应用能力和技能水平直接影响毕业生的就业水平和质量,也直接决定学校的发展和办学定位,以SQ学院信息工程学院近四届毕业生作为研究对象,分析就业现状并提出针对性的就业对策。

SQ University is a local undergraduate college,whose development orientation is to strive to build a high-level application-oriented undergraduate college.The application ability and skill level of graduates will directly affect their employment level and quality,and directly determine the development and school-running orientation of the college.This paper makes a study among the graduates of recent four years majoring in information engineering in SQ University,analyzes the current situation of employment and puts forward pertinence countermeasures.
