A Probe into the Training Mode of Russian Talents in Heilongjiang Local Universities under the“Belt and Road”Initiative

“一带一路”沿线国家在经济、文化等领域的沟通及交流不断深入推进,这使得复合型国际化人才的需求极大攀升,具有国际视角的复合型人才培养模式成为国家和各个高校关注的重点问题。黑龙江地方应用型本科院校要在新形势和新要求下面对应用型本科院校俄语人才培养面临的困境,构建适合应用型本科院校俄语人才培养的新模式。

In recent years,the communication and exchange between countries along“the Belt and Road”have got continuously promoted in the fields of economy and culture,which leads to a huge demand for composite international talents.Constructing the model of cultivating composite talents with international perspectives has become a key issue concerned by the country and all colleges.Under the new situation and new requirements,the local applied undergraduate colleges in Heilongjiang province should deal with the dilemma of training Russian talents and construct a new model suitable for training Russian talents in application-orientated colleges.
