不同CeO2含量对柴油机商用稀土SCR催化剂NH3-SCR性能的影响

摘要 通过不同的方法对催化剂的结构和性能进行详细的研究,研究发现,CeO2含量对柴油机商用稀土SCR催化剂NH3-SCR的晶体表面结构没有太大的影响,其主要作用就是促进了催化剂表面的二氧化硅的分散,通过这种途径来进一步对催化剂表面的各种性能产生比较大的影响,CeO2含量的不断增加,催化剂表面的物质含量也呈现先不断降低再慢慢增加的发展趋势。其中CeO2含量经过相关的实验证明与催化剂的性能呈一定的正相关的关系,CeO2含量的不断增加也会在一定程度上阻碍稀土催化剂中其他成分的还原性能,与此同时CeO2含量的增加也会在一定程度上保障催化剂中其他成分的热稳定性不断增加,通过这种方法来进一步影响催化剂的还原能力。经过详细的实验证明,稀土催化剂中CeO2含量必须保持一定的数值。 In this paper,the structure and performance of the catalyst are studied in detail by different methods.It is found from the study that the content of CeO2 does not have much influence on the crystal surface structure of the commercial rare earth SCR catalyst NH3-SCR for diesel engines.The main role of CeO2 contents is to promote the dispersion of silicon dioxide on the surface of catalyst and further influences the various properties of the catalyst surface and improve the performance of the catalyst in this way.With the continuous increase of the content of CeO2,the content of the catalyst on the surface shows a trend of continuous decrease and then gradually increase.CeO2 contents have been proved to have a positive correlation with the performance of the catalyst through related experiments.Increasing the content of CeO2 will also hinder the reducing performance of other components in the rare earth catalyst to a certain extent.At the same time,the increase in the content of CeO2 will increase,to a certain extent,the thermal stability of other components in the catalyst,and further affect the reducing ability of the catalyst.Detailed experiments have proved that CeO2 contents in the rare earth catalyst must be maintained to a certain value.
