微波快速焊接热塑性塑料聚丙烯的研究

摘要 利用石墨高效吸收微波能量转化为热量的特性完成热塑性塑料聚丙烯(PP)的快速焊接。首先将分散了石墨的聚乙烯醇溶液均匀涂覆在PP基片表面,在焊接区域搭接另一基片形成夹层结构。微波焊接过程中,石墨吸波介质大量吸收微波能量,夹层处温度迅速升高,与其相邻的基片表面熔融;再施加特定压力,两基片熔融部分互相渗透,经冷却形成一个整体,即实现热塑性塑料的微波焊接过程。影响微波焊接效果的主要因素有微波作用时间、吸波介质中石墨质量分数以及施加的压力。微波焊接方法具有操作简便、节能高效、焊接强度高、选择性可控粘接等优点,在热塑性塑料定位焊接加工和制造方面具有很大的发展潜力。 Rapid welding of thermoplastic polypropylene(PP)is accomplished by utilizing graphite to absorb microwave energy into heat efficiently.Firstly,the dispersed graphite polyvinyl alcohol solution is uniformly coated on the surface of PP substrate,and overlapped in the welding area to form a sandwich structure.Then,the welded sample with new structure was obtained under microwave and following a certain pressure.The factors,which have great influence on welding strength,include microwave duration,content of graphite in absorber and pressure.Microwave welding method is simple,efficient and has significant welding strength,which has shown great potential in processing and manufacturing of thermoplastic materials.
